The Madison Hypnosis Center has helped hundreds of people successfully quit smoking. This workshop adapts the methods that people use in my one-on-one sessions to successfully change their habits, but is designed to provide a self-guided program to quit smoking at your own pace in your own way. We will focus on learning how to manage or eliminate cravings, deal with triggers, work on stress management, and learn self-hypnosis for continued reinforcement. Space is limited to 10 participants.
