We definitely miss having our expecting mamas in the studio with us, but we don’t have to miss you lovely mamas for much longer! Starting September 17th through October 8th, we are adding an in person option for our prenatal series on Thursday nights. The limit is 5 mamas in person per session.
Please, feel free to bring what you need to feel safe, from mat cleaners & hand sanitizer to face masks.
“Thank you again for creating a space for prenatal yoga, especially during a pandemic. It was helpful to be able to connect to other expectant moms & have an hour for myself each week. I thought about going into an instant state of deep relaxation in between pushes & I think that helped a lot, especially since things came on so suddenly & I wasn’t necessarily feeling prepared for it to happen so fast.”
“The birth journey was nothing like we expected and was an incredible lesson in letting go of expectations, being mindful and accepting things as they are. The same has been true for the recovery process. I am so grateful to have had the chance to practice these skills in class with you mamas.”
Are you expecting or do you know a mama looking for some community? Join Kat *online* for our Prenatal Yoga series, Thursdays at 4:45pm. Details available here.
