The River Food Pantry urgently needs more volunteers, called “River Runners,” to pick up groceries from the pantry to deliver to homebound households through our fastest growing program, River Delivers! Whether you can make one delivery or multiple, it all helps.
Nearly 300 Dane County households—including children, seniors and people with disabilities who lack transportation to The River—depend on this free contactless delivery service to survive.
As the number of delivery requests increases each week, we need your help to ensure our neighbors without transportation receive the reliable, nutritious groceries and hygiene products they need.
