Our department couldn’t be more excited to join Amigos En Azul. Our amigos have agreed to celebrate our involvement with their organization at our very own La Rosita Mexican Grocery Store right here in Monona on 06/15/21 from 4:30pm until 6:30pm with a taco celebration.
We hope you and your family will have the chance to enjoy a taco or two with us. Our new Chief will be in attendance along with several other police officers from Monona PD and throughout all of Dane County.
The mission of Amigos en Azul is to dissolve cultural barriers, build partnerships and open lines of communication between the Latino community and the City of Madison Police Department, in partnership with Dane County-area law enforcement.
