The Monona Mass Transit Commission is seeking feedback from riders and non-riders of the Monona Express and Monona Lift about the ways in which we can improve our current service models as we prepare to update our busing contracts.
We want to hear from community members about the ways in which we can maximize transit options and opportunities in Monona, whether it be through a data-tracking app, alterations to our current schedule and drop-off and pick-up locations, or other meaningful changes.
