7 years ago, on 1/08/2016, Mala Yoga Center opened its doors. A quote I often find myself returning to is that the days are long, but the years are short. Running a yoga studio is a labor of love. While the days are filled with the many hats required to wear as a business owner, yoga teacher, and children’s program director, the rewards are profound.
